Two Columbia Restaurants wins, at the Check In Cyprus Eating Awards!

Columbia Restaurants has always aimed to set the bar high and lead the way when it comes to offering high quality and highly enjoyable dining experiences in Cyprus. Its consistent pledge to create extraordinary culinary journeys for all, has once again been recognized and rewarded, with two prestigious titles at the glamorous Cyprus Eating Awards.

With a total of 87,070 public votes, the 2022 ceremony celebrated restaurants across the island whose hard work and commitment to excellence, not only outshone all competitors during yet another challenging year but also secured a special place in the hearts and minds of all visitors.

This year, Columbia Steak House received the award for Best International Cuisine, honoring the efforts of Restaurant Manager Stefanos Karageorgiou, Executive Chef Stathis Kokkalis, Sommelier Marco Roosve and the entire team, who proudly renewed their promise to continue offering superior flavours, innovative dishes and service at its highest level.    

Columbia Beach enjoyed yet another win, as Best Beach Bar / Restaurant, giving Director Eddy Nassar, Executive Chef Evaggelos Moraitis and the rest of the team, the strength, grit and motivation needed to conquer yet another high energy summer season, filled with incredible moments for all.

The Cyprus Eating Awards is the largest gastronomical institution on the island, rewarding local restaurants each year, with the criteria of excellence in: food quality, dish presentation, hygiene, interior and exterior atmosphere, dish flow, service, cava selections and value.
