You asked for it, you got it! Now, for the first time ever during the summer season, you can enjoy a few select brunch staples, at your all-time favourite hangout, Columbia Beach. This year we have decided to choose a few of our signature brekkie dishes to serve throughout the summer season too, accompanied of course, by a cocktail or two from our special edition brunch menu.

Get a taste of your beloved Columbia Beach brunch from 09:00 until 12:00 and celebrate summer 2022, in style. Now, you can officially enjoy the warm sun, glistening sea, golden sand, hit tunes and hot tracks while fuelling up for the day with a few unforgettable flavours. Why not start your morning with a luxurious freshly made eggs benedict dish, topped with caviar and hollandaise sauce? You can even accompany it with our signature Cold Brew Negroni, enhanced with our very own in-house coffee syrup and handmade cold brew.

Real foodies will be happy to see the Open-Faced Kayianas Sandwich with the Mediterranean scrambled eggs, tomatoes, olives and feta cream, served on multigrain bread with a mixed baby leaf salad, while if you are craving something nostalgic, try our wood-oven baked feta and halloumi pies… but do not let their names fool you. These flaky savoury pastries are anything but traditional, as they have been elevated with fresh butter, marinated cheeses, herbs and local honey.

Vegans are also welcome to indulge in a Tropical Tapioca Bowl or a classic PB&J and should you have a friend or two that want to celebrate the start of the day pitcher style, our shareable Rainbow Bubbles cocktail with refreshing Prosecco, Cointreau & fresh lime, served with layers of fresh seasonal fruits, is always here to please.
