New summer menu at PizzaExpress

With vacation time just around the corner, the days get longer, our mood gets lighter and we prepare to try new things with a bold sense of adventure. Never one to let a new season pass without optimizing its promised experience, PizzaExpress pleasantly surprises its visitors once more, with a newly updated menu that includes deliciously novel specials, created to celebrate the summer in the most colourful, flavour-packed way.
The new dishes include healthy seasonal meals and a plethora of vegetarian choices as well as creative pasta dishes, pizzas and desserts. Be sure to try the Sweet Potato Salad that has become a fast favourite, as well as gorgeous new starters such as Bruchetta Con Funghi, Melone e Prosciutto and Smoked Salmon Carpaccio. For a truly satisfying main, you can either choose to go large and decadent with dishes such as smoked ham hock pasta topped with creamy mushroom sauce and truffle oil, or light and tasty, with selections such as oven-baked salmon fillet served with quinoa, fennel and asparagus.
Of course, pizzas have their place in the spotlight too, as the new menu also includes truly original options such as the Gorgonzola Con Fichi with a fig chutney base, the impressive Chorizo Picante and the simply stunning Pollo con Salsa ai Funghi with mozzarella, chicken and sweet peppadew peppers on a mushroom sauce base.
