Columbia Restaurants welcomes Loremo Foods to its ever-expanding portfolio of leading hospitality-based brands
Located at the Columbia Restaurants’ central production unit in Agios Athanasios, the new brand combines the collective skillset and extensive experience of the existing master kitchen, with new services and offerings that cover the evolving demands the Group’s own restaurants, as well as those of the HORECA industry island-wide.
Following a major expansion and upgrade of its facilities with state-of-the-art equipment and new tech appliances, Loremo Foods undertakes the preparation and provision of wholesale frozen ready foods, for hospitality venues looking to serve maximum flavour fast, with great consistency and minimum effort.
Fully certified with an ISO 22000 for Food Safety Management (?), the central kitchen also has extensive experience in preparing corporate catering meals on a daily basis. The service can benefit businesses that want to offer their employees the added benefit of staff lunch options every day from a set menu or warm buffet which includes wholesome comfort meals, pasta, pizzas, sandwiches and salads.
Loremo’s quality frozen meals are also made available to all Columbia Restaurants employees and partners as well as individual clients that can pick up their order directly from the kitchen.
