Exclusively Catering the New and Exciting Pop Up Casinos

15th Jun 2018

If you haven’t already heard about the world-class entertainment developers coming to Cyprus, it’s time that you found out.

The new casino complex, developed by the renowned operator Melco along with CNS is set to open the doors to the first pop-up casino in Limassol on June 28 (located on Roosevelt Avenue) ahead of the grand development of the ‘City of Dreams’. And, they’ve selected Columbia to manage all their catering from the restaurant to the VIP lounge and snack bar for all satellite casinos.

So, when the gamers are tired of playing on one of 33 tables and 242 slot machines, and feeling a bit peckish, they can head over to the Columbia Bistro, which boasts the finest ingredients to please the pallets of the hungry guests.

The exclusively designed menu will include a variety of delicious mains, snacks and hand-rolled sushi, with selected menus available for all hours of the morning and evening, ensuring there’s freshly made food available 24 hours a day. Columbia Restaurant’s signature lasagna and mouth-watering mini burger’s are amongst the many options available at the Bistro.

What’s even more exciting is that this new project means that we’ve already hired lots of staff and have many more new job opportunities in store; from trained chefs (including sushi chefs), cooks, waiters, bar staff, restaurant supervisors to runners, cashiers and cleaners.

But the fun doesn’t stop there - following the launch of the first pop-up; the casino developers are set to open more satellite entertainment venues in Nicosia, the Famagusta area, Larnaca and Pafos, making Cyprus a destination choice for entertainment and tourism, increasing the job growth rate and making our overall economy boom.

To find out more and taste the enjoyable new menu, head down to the complex at the end of the month. It’s a visit worth waiting for!
