Job Description

We are looking for a motivated individual to join our marketing team. The role of social media marketing, combines marketing and social media skills in order to create and enhance the company’s online presence, including interacting with customers through our social platforms and promoting brand-focused engaging content that support all our marketing activities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating content, including text/copy for posts and matching imagery (video and/or images) for use on social media (Facebook and Instagram plus any other relevant digital platform). Creating content to match the ‘voice’ of each brand, the candidate will need to have the ability to enforce a social media campaign to support all offline and instore campaigns for our products and/or services. All content must be consistent with the brand values. The candidate will have the opportunity to work on various brands.  

Role responsibilities:


  • Create social media campaigns and strategies, including budget planning, social media advertising, content ideation, and implementation of social media calendar
  • Ensure brand consistency in social media messages by working with the marketing team and relevant partners
  • Collect customer data and use this information to create reports and improve future social strategies and campaigns
  • Report progress to marketing management
  • Grow and expands company social media presence into new social media platforms if and where applicable
  • Research and monitors activity of company competitors
  • Enter content via social media management platform
  • Attend events and produce live social media content (where applicable - variable times)
  • Maintain up to date information and content on different social media channels
  • Monitor social media channels for industry trends
  • Interact with users and respond to social media messages, inquiries, and comments

Qualifications / Skills:

  • Passion for social media and experience working on social media platforms
  • Proficiency with video and photo editing tools, digital media formats
  • Ability to understand historical, current, and future trends in the digital content and social media space
  • Strong copywriting and copy editing skills
  • Excellent oral and verbal communication skills
  • Impeccable time management skills with the ability to multitask
  • Detail-oriented approach with ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years experience with B2C social media marketing
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier Pro) or equivalent digital media editing tools
  • Fluent in written and spoken English. Greek and/or Russian considered a plus
