Job Description

SCOPE OF JOB

The main purpose of this role is to provide excellent administrative support in order to meet customer’s expectations and requests in all aspects of pastry orders and decoration.

 

 

MAIN RESPOSIBILITIES

  • Liaise with customers to determine their goals for their specific event
  • Use a variety of methods and tools to bring the customer’s vision to life
  • Answer our customers’ queries regarding their request
  • Working closely with the 3D cakes department to coordinate the budget and availability based on customer’s request
  • Providing weekly sales report to the management

REQUIREMENTS

 

Level of Experience

  • Previous Experience in the same or similar position

Skills

  • Fluent in Greek or English is a must
  • Good computing skills
  • Work under pressure and able to multitask
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Positive attitude and good communication
  • Always maintain confidentiality on all matters/subjects
