Job Description


As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests. Solid organizational and interpersonal skills are key for this role. Ultimately, the Receptionist should ensure our guests have a positive dining experience from the moment they arrive until their departure.



  • Welcoming and greeting visitors and guests upon their arrival or departure
  • Managing reservations
  • Managing the flow of guests into the dining and bar areas
  • Providing accurate wait times and monitoring waiting lists
  • Escorting and seating customers to the dining and bar areas
  • Answering incoming calls and addressing guests’ queries
  • Engaging with guests to ensure they are happy with service
  • Liaising with internal and external teams
  • Maintaining a clean and organised reception area
  • Tend to special guest needs and requests

Level of Experience

  • Experience working as a Host/Hostess or Receptionist
  • High school diploma; hospitality certification is a plus


Skills & Knowledge

  • Fluent in Greek and English is a must
  • Excellent phone etiquette and restaurant/ bar etiquette
  • Strong planning and organizational skills
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work in shifts, as needed
