Human Resources Assistant

Job Description

We are looking to hire an HR Assistant who will assist with day to day operations of the HR department and will act as the liaison between HR and employees, ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of requests.


Main responsibilities

  • Carrying out all basic HR Administration
  • Maintaining HR databases and personnel records
  • Ensuring that files are kept up to date and are legally compliant
  • Carrying out recruitment and phone screening interviews
  • Posting job ads and organizing resumes and job applications
  • Processing of and checking the accurate completion of all new employees’ paperwork
  • Compile reports as required
  • Handling all basic day to day HR queries
  • Liaising with internal Company departments
  • Liaising with governmental departments and organizations
  • Working closely with the HR Manager and HR Assistant Manager projects as required
  • Escalating issues to the HR Manager and HR Assistant Manager, as required


Level of Experience

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in HR
  • Proven experience in the same or relevant position


Skills & Knowledge

  • Basic knowledge in Employment Law
  • Good IT skills
  • Competency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Fluent in Greek and English
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
