Job Description


The main purpose of this role is to deliver food & drinks orders to guest rapidly and accurately to maximize guest satisfaction by ensuring that Company standards and targets are achieved.

Reports to

Restaurant Manager and/or Manager on Duty

 Main Responsibilities

  • Deliver orders from kitchen/bar to guest table
  • Communicate with Food Expeditor for smooth workflow
  • Assist the floor staff to clean and set up tables if appropriate
  • Carry dirty dishes & utensils to pot wash if appropriate
  • Polish cutlery, glassware and restock stations
  • Follow all relevant Health & Safety Protocols & Policies
  • Attend job specific trainings
  • Attend team communication meetings

  • F&B basic knowledge
  • Excellent knowledge for English & Greek language

Level of Experience

  • At least 1 year of previous experience in F&B operations
